Senior Account Executive -Kota Kemuning

You will play an important role in:
-Handle full sets of accounts and finance duties.
-Support month end and year end closing activities, including arranging and preparing monthly management reports, analyse information detailing revenue, cost and expenses.
-Reviewing all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.
-Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
-Able to organize and follow-up independently.
-Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
-Manage and process e-invoicing and SST submission in compliance with government regulations and deadlines
-Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies
-Any ad-hoc task assignment as required by the management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
-Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software will be advantage.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
-Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin(preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-At least 3 – 5 years of working experience.
-Preferably executive specialized in finance and preferred LCCI Certificate.
-Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
-High motivated, self-disciplines and responsible.
-Priority will be given to those able to start immediately.
-Only Full-time position available.
-Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
-Public Holiday: follow Selangor Calendar.
