Working Hours: 五天制 Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and month-end/year-end closing

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities

Support tax planning, SST compliance, and statutory reporting

Management Reporting & Business Support
Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making

Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements

Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes

Support business planning, cost control, and profitability analysis

Leadership & Administration
Supervise and guide junior accounting and administrative staff

Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow

Support management in operational planning and strategic initiatives

Lead or assist in process improvement and ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification is an added advantage)

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in accounting and administrative roles

Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial reporting, and compliance

Hands-on experience in full set of accounts and financial analysis

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities

Prior experience in team supervision is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
Experience in budgeting and forecasting

Exposure to audit and tax coordination

Experience in process improvement or system implementation
