Senior Assistant - Route Dispatcher (Perai)

Responsibilities

-Work Location: Lot 247, Block P5, Lorong Perusahaan 10, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600 Seberang Prai, Pulau Pinang

Job Responsibilities:
-Plan and assign delivery routes for drivers and dispatch teams.
-Monitor daily dispatch operations and ensure timely parcel deliveries.
-Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to manage load distribution.
-Handle route adjustments in response to traffic, weather, or volume changes.
-Maintain records of dispatch schedules and performance.
-Communicate effectively with drivers and supervisors to resolve operational issues.

Requirements:
-Malaysian citizen.
-Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
-Experience in logistics, dispatching, or warehouse coordination preferred.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
-Basic computer and communication skills required.
-Willing to work extended hours or weekends if needed.
