Senior Attorney

Key Responsibilities:



Manage a team of attorneys and legal professionals, providing guidance and support in their daytoday activities

Oversee legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company’s interests and mitigate risks

Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various legal matters

Manage external legal counsel and collaborate with cross functional teams



Key Experience & Capabilities:



Required experience in the similar field should be enough.

Proven experience in managing a team of attorneys and legal professionals
