Senior Back-End Developer

Responsibilities:

Review backend requirements involving:
multi-service systems
REST APIs
data ingesting modules
integration with external/legacy systems
scheduled jobs or background processing
Analyse API request/response structures, performance considerations, and data rules.
Validate system logic for workflows involving data collection processing storage reporting.
Provide backend insights during system design documentation.
Identify potential technical constraints, risks, or optimisations.
Collaborate with analysts to ensure backend design is practical.
Requirements:

5-8 years backend development/architecture experience.
Strong in Laravel, Node.js, or Python-based backend stacks.
Experience with data-driven enterprise systems is highly preferred.
Experience dealing with government IT environments is a plus.
Understanding of microservices, integration patterns, and API gateway concepts.
