Senior Back End Developer

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for core services of the Search/Recommendation system, including recall, ranking, and feature services.
-Design and build high-concurrency, high-availability architectures to improve system stability.
-Develop user feature systems to enable real-time game recommendations and collaborate closely with the algorithm team.
-Lead search product development to improve user search conversion rates.

Requirements:
-Familiar with at least one search technology such as Elastic Search, Lucene, Faiss, LanceDB, or other Vector DB solutions.
-Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.
-Experience in big data processing is a plus.Preferably candidate with at least 2-year experience in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
