Senior Barista (Klang Valley)

A)     Customer Service
- Greet customers courteously and attend to their orders in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with menu recommendations, detailed product information, and service-related inquiries
- Handle cashiering duties accurately, including order processing and payment handling

B)     Front-of-House Operations
- Support daily café operations including order taking, food and beverage serving, and table clearing
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, counter, and front-of-house equipment
- Follow outlet SOPs, service standards, and hygiene requirements at all times

C)    Team Support
- Collaborate with outlet team members to ensure smooth café operations
- Follow work schedules and instructions assigned by outlet supervisor
- Guide and support Baristas and Barista Trainees in beverage preparation and service standards

D)    Beverage Preparation & Bar Operations
- Prepare coffee and beverages to a high professional standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Oversee beverage preparation processes and ensure adherence to café recipes and standards
- Perform basic calibration, equipment checks, and bar setup to support consistent output
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area and equipment

E)     Compliance & Other Duties
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Bar Manager, or Outlet Manager
