What you’ll do :

Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact with the company.

Monitor and analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

Join team head in conducting regular business reviews with clients to ensure client's satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Work closely with internal teams to identify improvement areas and ensure client needs are met.

Provide implementation training and keep client partners updated on new products and services.

Maintain documentation of client relationships, including account plans, client feedback, and other relevant information.

With a minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, or marketing in the financial services industry.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
