Senior Creative Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Translate abstract concepts, brand essence, and life education philosophy into compelling visual expressions that reflect Xiao En’s spirit and warmth.

Lead the development of creative and emotionally resonant marketing concepts for Xiao En’s products and services, enhancing brand identity and audience engagement.

Collaborate closely with the team to lead visual direction for brand identity, campaigns, publications, exhibition displays, and more.

Actively participate in Xiao En’s life education and care initiatives, contributing from conceptualization to execution with a deep understanding of the values behind each project.

Oversee the quality and coherence of all design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and communication goals.

To assist in other marketing activities assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the respective role.

Strong sensitivity and passion for life education, social issues, and cultural creativity.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

· Experience in spatial design, photography, motion graphics, or publication design.

Self-motivated, able to multitasking & keen to grow.

Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English is a must. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi tasked environment.
