Senior Executive - Account (Fullset)

-Manage bookkeeping and maintain a full set of accounts.
-Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare creditors and debtors aging reports.
-Prepare and submit financial reports and accounts for external auditing.
-Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.
-Oversee the implementation and adherence to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.
-Manage assigned accounting tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
-Assist with internal audit functions as needed.
-Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
-Provide support for general office administration and ad-hoc duties to facilitate daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Degree in Finance or Accounting with good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
-Previous work experience in a retail or F&B Industry preferred.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
