What You'll Do:
Prepare, coordinate and monitor the submission of Cost Plan by QS contender and the submission of draft tender documents by QS consultant.
Oragnize, evaluate and verify list of tenderers, completeness of tender documents and tender reports.
Organise and attend tender interview, update and follow up interview progress to ensure timely award.
Arrange tender clarification session and inquiry of any deviations of course of actions.
Keep abreast of contemporary market trends and conduct research for new, substitution or alternative materials.
Arrange, attend and conduct client consultant meeting, site meeting and site valuation.
Compile, check and review final account and contract provision (documents/drawings) on the submission to ensure the Variation Order is genuine and claimable.
Prepare taking off quantities, calling quotation and cost breakdown from time to time.
Assist the team to control project cost and ensure overall project is within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in the procurement management, construction or property development industry.
Experience in consultancy firm with on-site exposure will be an added advantage.
Strong presentation, verbal and document writing skills.
Strong capability in costing review, analysis, optimization and improvement as operational viewpoint.
