Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, PM Purchasing

Your Mission:

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, evaluate, and develop a pool of reliable vendors aligned with quality, cost, and service expectations.

Drive commercial negotiations with vendors to secure optimal pricing, favorable terms, and timely delivery, ensuring overall cost efficiency.

Establish and oversee vendor performance management, including regular evaluations, scorecards, and continuous improvement actions.

Oversee the procurement process, including reviewing purchase requisitions and approving purchase orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies, procedures, and governance standards, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

Proactively manage supplier issues by initiating corrective and preventive actions in cases of delays, non-fulfillment, or service disruptions.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels through data analysis, demand planning, and coordination with relevant departments to balance cost and operational needs.

Lead coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders on packaging artwork development, ensuring timelines, specifications, and branding requirements are met.

Conduct vendor visits and audits to assess capabilities, compliance, and potential risks, supporting vendor development and qualification.

Drive and participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation, digitalization, IoT, and AI-related projects to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
