Drive demand planning, forecasting, replenishment and supply planning to improve availability and efficient inventory management.

Responsible to achieve main KPI set by management (OSA, SHD) via daily review on SKU/Store

Demand Planning responsibilities

Proactively work with commercial team on internal planned/ad hoc promotions demand and supply review, forecasting, ensuring timely execution

Proactively engage with top suppliers on joint business forecasting, monthly/bi-weekly review meeting/reporting

Supply Planning responsibilities

Liaises and coordinates with internal SC replenishment team for all promotions on a weekly basis to ensure stock available for replenishment and promotion

Liaises and coordinates with warehouse team to plan supply to ensure efficient and complete picking

Analyze store ordering system in order to ensure auto ordering is generating at store level for normal home bay and promotion items

Ordering of promotional stock and allocate based on data of sales trend or set guidelines

Utilise analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Minimum Degree holder in supply chain/retail management/statistics

Prefer experience in import/export operations.
