Senior Finance and Tax Manager

Responsibilities:-

To prepare Feasibility Study, Budget/Forecast and analyse financial data for management decision making. Experience in Joint Venture project will be added advantage.

To execute proper tax planning, improve tax efficiency and ensuring appropriate tax positions are adopted.

Managing and ensure all related Accounting and Taxation Compliance including Audited Report, Tax Estimation, Tax Return, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax and others.

Monitor legislative and regulation tax law development and accounting standard, communicate the effects of these development to Management and recommend strategies to capitalise on the relevant changes.

Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretary and other parties for relevant Compliance/matters.

Any ad hoc assignment assign by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:-

10 years related working experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position with Property Development/Construction company.

Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Professional Certificate or equivalent.

Good in leadership, problem-solving and communication, able to work independently under pressure environment to produce high quality performance.
