At Infinite Loop Media, we believe in pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and partners. As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.

Assist in implementing the E-Invoice system and fulfil the audit request & government policy.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Familiarity with Malaysia government policy and regulation

Provide general administrative support to group finance as needed.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Deep understanding of financial principles and Malaysia tax regulations.

Interest in the media, entertainment, or technology industry.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance field.
