Requirements
Work experience
At least 2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
Preferably specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
Able to translate marketing goals into creative visuals.
Understand the basics of visual hierarchy, layout, font pairing, and brand consistency.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
Pleasant personality and able to work independently as well as being a good team player.
Collaborative attitude and open to feedback.
Capable of handling urgent and time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
Good time management, coordination, and organizational skills to manage project timelines.
Language proficiency – Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
Requirements:
Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Familiar with social media content design specs and best practices.
Basic knowledge of video/motion graphics (CapCut, After Effects, etc.) is a bonus.
Ability to deliver clean, clear, and effective designs that drive user actions.
Good sense of aesthetics, color theory, and visual balance.
Responsibilities
Design visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, ads, and printed media.
Create static images, GIFs, carousels, and short motion graphics for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.
Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas and strategies into impactful visuals.
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity, style guide, and campaign objectives.
Adapt and resize visuals for different platforms (e.g., 1:1 for IG feed, 9:16 for Stories).
Help design presentation decks, brochures, posters, banners, and offline materials.
Brainstorm with content and ad team for visual ideas that improve performance (CTR, leads, etc.).
Manage and organize creative assets and design files for future use.
