职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and benefits.
- Provide HR advice to management on Malaysian employment law, Industrial Relations, and employee relations matters.
- Handle disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, show-cause letters, warning letters, PIP, domestic inquiry, termination, and employee grievances.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, contracts, and employment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and employee offboarding processes.
- Monitor and manage employee performance, probation, and performance improvement matters.
- Liaise with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRD Corp, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation for HR, disciplinary, and Industrial Relations matters.
- Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in line with legislative changes.
- Handle general office administration and other HR-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to Industrial Relations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Malaysian employment law, Industrial Relations, and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience handling disciplinary cases, misconduct, show-cause letters, warning letters, PIP, domestic inquiry, termination, and employee grievances.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRD Corp.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and provide sound HR advice to management.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- HR certification or professional qualification is an added advantage.
