Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower requisition, job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Support the implementation of employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

Address employee enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labour regulations.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.

3. Learning & Development

Coordinate training programs including training needs identification, scheduling, logistics arrangement, and record management.

Monitor training attendance, maintain training records, and support evaluation of training effectiveness.

Assist in the implementation of employee development initiatives and competency enhancement programs.

4. Foreign Workers (FWs) Work Permit & Compliance

Administer matters related to foreign workers including work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and government requirements.

Liaise with relevant authorities and external agencies on foreign worker administration.

5. ISO Compliance & HR Documentation

Maintain HR documentation and records in accordance with company policies and ISO standards.

Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance with established procedures.

Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and forms when required.

Collaborate with the Quality team to support ISO certification and re-certification processes.

6. HR Operations & Generalist Functions

Provide day-to-day HR operational support including employee lifecycle management such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.

7. Others

Additional job as assigned by the superior or management as and when deemed necessary.

Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.

Provide HR reports and analytics to management as needed.

Requirements:

Knowledge in HR training and ISO documentation

Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation and audit process

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel & PowerPoint

Able to coordinate employee training programs

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Strong filing and documentation management

Good time management

Ability to manage multiple training activities and deadlines

Attention to detail for ISO compliance and record accuracy

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable)
