Senior Human Resource Executive - Bukit Minyak

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
-Administer HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and employee records
-Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, leave, and personnel files (manual and HR software)
-Support payroll inputs, overtime verification, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
-Implement and manage HR software / HRIS systems
-Support disciplinary processes, performance appraisals, and employee relations matters
-Communicate HR policies, handbook provisions, and company notices to employees
-Coordinate training, internship programs, and staff development initiatives
-Prepare HR reports, headcount summaries, and management updates
-Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
-Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum 2–4 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or F&B
-Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
-Experience with HR software systems is an advantage
