Senior Interior Designer Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A proficient level of experience in interior design concepts such as space planning, furniture, fixtures, and product research.

Excellent customer service skills and be comfortable in interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff.

Manage of projects to meet target deadlines and budgets conceptualize, execute and implement creative ideas.

Follow approved estimating practices consistent with corporate guidelines. Ensure such practices result in the most complete estimates possible while ensuring the financial objectives are met.

Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.

Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts Creative and innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts and prepare efficient layout solutions.

Familiarity with general office procedures, such as processing purchase orders, ordering supplies and general office equipment.

Flexibility in handling multiple projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any relevant field.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in interior design with exposure in retail or commercial environments.

Understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate brand identity into physical space.

Strong knowledge of interior design principles including space planning, furniture and fixture selection and materials research.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

Creative thinker with capability to develop and execute innovative design concepts.
