Senior Logistics Executive - Valdor

-Lead and manage all logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
-Support strategic planning and execution to ensure timely movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
-Oversee daily team activities to ensure efficient task completion.
-Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to develop team members.
-Build and develop a high-performing team focused on best practices and continuous improvement.
-Work closely with Customs on export-related matters and submissions.
-Ensure accurate import/export documentation and full compliance with Customs and LMW regulations.
-Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, transporters, and customers.
-Monitor logistics costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve cost efficiency.
-Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are completed and ready for shipment as scheduled.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with all logistics stakeholders.
-Prepare logistics performance reports and analyze data for improvement.
-Participate, lead and support LMW audits.
-Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD.
