Senior Manager, Bancassurance

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the bancassurance sales performance, including portfolio management, product development, and distribution channel optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and customer engagement

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies to maintain the highest standards of governance and risk management

Lead and mentor a team of bancassurance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in the insurance or bank industry, with a proven track record in driving sales performance

Good understanding of the bancassurance market, including product knowledge and distribution channels

Experienced in leading a small team will be an added advantage
