Senior Manager for Logistics & Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:
-To manage overall department’s daily operation on fulfilment and distribution, explore new approaches to enhance operation efficiency, review and manage 3PL services within the required SLA.
-To manage and supervise the respective teams within the department to ensure compliances and deadlines are met.
-To supervise the outgoing / incoming goods within the required TAT.
-To review and guide the logistics team for improvement on last mile delivery, tracking & expediting of shipments.
-To liaise with Courier Companies, Custom Clearance Agent & Freight Forwarders / Customers on all import / export of goods.
-To implement strategies to streamline operation for cost efficiency.
-To manage and improve the Pick n’ Pack operation flow to meet the requirements of fulfilment and eCommerce operations.
-To manage general administrative duties including coordination between inter-departments.
-To evaluate and recommend new WMS system suitable for the enhancement of existing operation.
-To undertake any job scope assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
-Qualification - Degree holder and able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-At least 5 years working experience in the warehouse and logistics field including import and export management.
-Experience in warehouse fulfilment operation, compliance and control.
-A must with experience in evaluation and implementation of WMS.
-With knowledge of ERP system and proficient in MS Excel and MS Work.
-Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with people from various levels.
