Senior Marketing Executive

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:
-Assist in sourcing and shortlisting of suitable advertising agency, consultants and suppliers.
-Coordinate with advertising agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules needed.
-Coordinate with relevant external and internal parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows and events.
-Liaise with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses as well as quarterly and yearly reports required by authorities (Borang 7F, 7E and Napic).
-Monitoring and updating of advertising and promotional expenses against budget allocated.
-Monitor, review and update of development website.
-Ensure sales kit information and all other sales and marketing collaterals for all sales launches are updated.
-Implement any marketing initiatives that contribute to the business objective.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
-Minimum 4 years of experience in in project marketing for property developer
-Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
-Possess great sense of creative ability
-Have good organization, planning and time management skills.
