Our Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimise Google SEM campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals, including keyword strategy, bidding, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.

2. Stay updated with Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices

3. Support planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads), including audience targeting, ad setup, optimisation, and performance monitoring

4. Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions) to improve efficiency and lead quality.

5. Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to improve ads and landing pages

6. Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and enhance digital performance through integrated search and social strategies.


Our Requirements:

a. 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing

b. Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (SEM) is required

c. Exposure to social media advertising (Meta Ads or similar platforms)

d. Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and performance marketing principles

e. Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients

f. Comfortable working with performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions)

g. Strong SEM knowledge, with the ability to support social media campaigns within an integrated marketing strategy
