Senior Planning Executive

Working Location: Mercu Aspire Corporate Tower @ KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Attend meetings and site inspections as required.

Assist in the planning and design development of projects from concept to completion.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure project requirements are met.

Review architectural, structural, and M&E plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and project objectives.

Liaise with authorities for necessary approvals, permits and regulatory compliance.

Ensure adherence to zoning, building, and environmental regulations.

Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Manage communication with external consultants and stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.

Prepare and maintain project reports, design documentation, and submission records.

Track project timelines, key milestones, and approval processes.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of Experience in relevant experience in planning, design development, or project coordination with demonstrated leadership in project execution.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to building by-laws and related laws governing construction and property development.

Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented in checking drawings quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Microsoft Project, SketchUp, and rendering software is an added advantage.

At least Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field from recognized institution.
