Senior Procurement

1) Procurement & Purchasing (oversee procurement of material, monitoring procurement activities form order to delivery, review purchase quotation and specification of material which meet project needed)
2) Sourcing & Negotiation (support tender excercise, soruce suitable supplier for the material which project need, negotiation on pricing, payment term, delivery schedule with supplier)
3) Project & supplier coordination (coorfinate with PM, QS for delivery schedule or requirement, maintain relationship with supplier and subcontractor)
4) Cost, Compliance & Improvement (monitor procurment cost again approved bduget)
