Senior Product Development

Help us create and develop wellness products that people love and trust. Work with a passionate team, grow your skills, and contribute to products that make a positive difference in everyday life. Your role will be:

Product Development:

Research and develop new products with potential suppliers based on market trends and customer needs.

Manage product development from concept to launch, including timelines and deliverables.

Oversee packaging design, product claims, labelling, and ensure regulatory compliance with suppliers.

Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations for smooth product launches.

Collaborate with suppliers to define formula, specs, pricing, and maintain product quality.

Handle product registration, notifications, licenses, and permits. (If any, mostly will deal with suppliers)

Conduct product training for internal and retail teams.

Support pricing strategy and ensure product profitability.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

To be successful in these roles:

Diploma or Degree in any of the related field.

Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

More than 3 years of relevant working experience in product development and/or packaging design, preferably in FMCG, retail, or health/food industry (Not required experience in any Laboratory).

Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams/suppliers.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
