SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Develop, implement, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

Communicate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and maintain compliance with statutory regulations.

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze pre-tender estimates, presenting insights and recommendations to management.

To work closely with all consultants, contractors and stakeholders to achieve the development goals.

Successful completion of project with CCC, Vacant Possession and defects liability rectification.

Track project progress and performance, identify potential risks, and execute effective mitigation strategies.

Provide management with regular updates on project status, challenges faced, and achievements accomplished.

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance project outcomes.

Organize and facilitate meetings to streamline decision-making processes among project stakeholders.

Lead and mentor project teams, offering guidance and support to promote effective collaboration and productivity.

To assist in analysing land for development with a feasibility study for management approval.

To coordinate and work with Sales and Marketing department to develop a market driven product to achieve the development goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Property, or Real Estate.

8-10 years of experience in property development and/or construction.

Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and time constraints.

Skilled in managing authority’s liaison processes and project implementation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, driven, and result-oriented.
