职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to design and develop new features and backend services aligned with business requirements
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Python, following best practices in software architecture and coding standards
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, including system workflows, architecture design, and implementation approaches
Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture, ensuring system modularity, scalability, and maintainability
Implement and maintain APIs, integrations, and real-time systems (including WebSockets where applicable)
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and ensure optimal performance
Utilize messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka for asynchronous processing and system communication
Manage and deploy containerized applications, with exposure to Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Helm
Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure code reliability and system stability
Participate in code reviews, identify technical issues, anti-patterns, and refactoring opportunities to improve code quality
Ensure software meets standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability
Use version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) to support continuous integration and deployment practices
Present technical solutions, system designs, and implementation progress to team leads and senior stakeholders
Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in Python
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Helm is an advantage
Experience building real-time systems or WebSockets is a plus
Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
Knowledge of web security standards and best practices
Experience with PHP is an added advantage
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
