Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition | Sourcing)

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.

Manage end-to-end candidate engagement, including initial screening, job matching, interview coordination, and offer management.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner.

Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market insights to enhance sourcing strategies.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate activities in the internal ATS/database.

Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc hiring initiatives and process improvements where required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.

At least 2 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Familiarity with Singapore’s labour laws and market practices will be an advantage.

Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
