Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Analyze sales data for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in travel & tourism.
Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry.
Preferred Mandarin-speaking candidates to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and operators.
