Senior Site Supervisor

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in F&B fit-out, renovation, or commercial projects.
Experience working in live environments such as shopping malls, restaurants, or operational premises is an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic drawing interpretation skills; familiarity with design software is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
Able to work under tight timelines, irregular hours, and fast-track project environments.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel or relocate for short-term project assignments.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations to ensure works are executed according to schedule, drawings, and specifications.
Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and workmanship quality.
Plan and organize daily and weekly activities, optimizing manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion while controlling costs and minimizing wastage.
Prepare and submit daily site reports including work progress, attendance, material usage, and site updates.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, company SOPs, and statutory regulations at all times.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with F&B operational requirements.
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, mall
management, and other trades to avoid delays or site conflicts.
Handle site issues, emergencies, and incidents promptly, including reporting and documentation where required.
Support the Project Manager in site coordination, inspections, testing & commissioning, and project handover.
