Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Execution
Support the implementation of ERM frameworks, policies, and procedures across the Group
Assist in organizing and facilitating risk assessment workshops and sessions
Monitor risk reporting processes and ensure timely communication of risk updates
2. Risk Identification & Analysis
Assist in identifying, assessing, and analyzing risks across various business functions
Maintain and update risk registers to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support the development of risk mitigation strategies
3. Compliance & Governance
Ensure alignment with relevant regulatory requirements and risk management standards
Stay updated on Malaysian regulatory frameworks and industry best practices
Support internal governance processes related to risk management
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update risk management documentation, including policies and SOPs
Prepare risk reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management
Ensure proper documentation control and audit readiness
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on risk-related matters
Liaise with external parties including consultants, training providers, and risk professionals
Support administrative and operational matters within the department
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Certification such as Enterprise Risk Advisor (ERA) or Enterprise Risk Technician (ERT) is an added advantage
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in risk management frameworks, risk registers, or compliance-related roles
Fresh graduates in Risk Management studies are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and tools
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles
Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements and risk standards
Experience with risk management systems and databases
Strong data analysis, report writing, and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
