Senior UI/UX Designer

What You’ll Be Doing
-Leading the design process from concept to delivery, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
-Conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements
-Creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency
-Working closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
-Participating in client meetings to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback
-Designing responsive layouts and user experiences for web, mobile, and complex system platforms
-Balancing aesthetics and usability, ensuring an optimal user experience without sacrificing performance
-Staying updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For
-4–6 years of proven UI/UX design experience (consulting industry experience is a strong plus)
-Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI and UX design work across web, mobile, and system applications
-Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
-Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive design
-Experience collaborating directly with developers and clients to ensure alignment and pixel-perfect implementation
-Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
-Bonus: Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design and development more effectively
