Senior Visual Merchandiser

Lead and implement in-store planograms and displays to optimize layouts, promotions, and merchandising, maximizing sales and category profitability.

Evaluate store layout and product placement effectiveness, making adjustments and recommendations to enhance sales performance.

Monitor sales and inventory performance, recommending shelf-space adjustments, stock reallocation, replenishment, or markdowns as needed.

Conduct regular range reviews by store, proposing new product listings and delisting underperforming items.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and store frontliners on promotions and sales forecasts for all stores.

Stay updated on market trends and best practices in marketing, consistently making recommendations to management for improvements.

Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
