SENIOR/ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are a well established beauty saloon company with 15 centers in Malaysia. Currently we are expanding and seeking for a talent to join our organizations;

Responsibilities:

Manage payment processing for the companies including staff claims, commissions, and petty cash.

Verifying documents and accounting entries posting including banking system, upload payments to the bank portal

Responsible in monitoring daily cashflow.

Handle the Inter-company billing for back charges and shared cost

Responsible in handling Accounts payable reconciliation & month end accruals.

Any ac-hoc task assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting or relevant.

Min 4 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.

Experience in retail industry will be an added advantage.

Familiar with SQL & CRM system.

Possess good interpersonal skills, able to meet deadline and an independent person.

Required language(s); English and Multilingual. Need to liaise with multilingual speaking colleagues.

Candidate must be willing to work in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.
