Service Advisor

Requirements

Service Advisor
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; higher education in Automotive, Mechanical, or related fields is an added advantage.
-Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English
-At least 1 year of working experience in a workshop or service environment preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
-Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

Service Advisor
-Follow up on all pending repair and maintenance issues to ensure timely completion.
-Record and update daily workshop job details accurately.
-Perform general administrative and filing tasks, including maintaining the workshop whiteboard and related documentation.
-Prepare and manage workshop reports and other related matters.
-Assist in workshop and maintenance operations under the supervision of the superior.
-Carry out any other tasks or duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
