Service Crew

Qualifications：
Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel Management, Business Management,
Food Science or equivalent.
Certification in Food Handling or Halal certification.
Valid Typhoid injections.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit and willing to perform cleaning tasks.
Prior experience in F&B or café environment preferred.

Job responsibilities：
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Serve froyo, beverages, and light snacks promptly and neatly.
Handle payments and maintain accurate cash transactions.
Provide product recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Operations & Product Handling
Prepare and serve froyo, toppings, and drinks according to café standards.
Ensure proper portion control, cleanliness, and food safety in all preparation areas.
Refill display counters and ingredient stations as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of utensils, equipment, and counters at all times.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Wash, sanitize, and store all utensils, trays, and equipment properly.
Sweep, mop, and clean the café floor, tables, and service areas regularly.
Clean and wash the grease trap daily to prevent clogging and odor buildup.
Take out garbage and ensure proper waste segregation.
Conduct end-of-day cleaning and closing duties according to the daily checklist
Teamwork & Compliance
Work closely with teammates to maintain smooth café operations.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures.
Report any maintenance issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor
