Clear and reset tables efficiently, keeping the dining area clean, organised, and always ready for the next guest.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of service stations, utensils, and front-of-house equipment throughout the shift.

Manage queue flow and walk-in guests, guiding them with friendliness and professionalism during busy periods.

Assist with opening and closing routines, including basic cleaning, setup, restocking, and end-of-day tasks to keep operations smooth.
