Service Crew

Your main responsibilities as a Front Service Crew member include:

Serving Food & Drinks

Serve food and drinks to customers.

Ensure the correct items are served to the correct tables.

Customer Service

Welcome and assist customers when needed.

Help customers with menu enquiries and ordering.

Provide friendly and polite service at all times.

Handling Orders & Payments

Familiarise yourself with our table QR ordering system.

Assist customers who need help placing their orders through the QR system.

Handle payments and cashier duties when required.

Cleaning & Maintaining the Front Area

Keep tables clean and tidy.

Clear used plates, cups and cutlery.

Ensure the dining area and front counter are clean and presentable.

Refill tissues, cutlery and other dining essentials when needed.

General Front-of-House Duties

Assist with daily restaurant operations.

Help maintain a smooth and comfortable dining experience for customers.

Support other team members when necessary.

Coffee Preparation & Training

Learn basic coffee preparation as you become more familiar with the operation.

Follow the training provided and maintain cleanliness at the coffee station.

Additional Information:
Most customers will place their orders through our table QR ordering system, so manual order-taking is generally not required. Training will be provided to help you familiarise yourself with the daily operations and coffee preparation.
