Requirements
-Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
-Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities
-Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment they arrive.
-Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong communication skills to understand their preferences and dietary requirements.
-Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards, maintaining hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
-Handle cash and process payments accurately, adhering to company procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly for the next customers.
-Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
-Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
