What you'll be doing

Customer Service & Operations:
• Warmly greet customers, take orders accurately, serve food efficiently, and handle cashier/payment processing.
• Assist customers with inquiries, feedback, and resolve any dining-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and welcoming atmosphere of the entire dining area at all times.

Team Support & Versatility:
• Perform basic post-meal clearing and cleaning duties.
• Participate in food preparation activities, including our core handmade dumpling production (full training provided).
• Provide support and cover for other team members when necessary to ensure smooth store operations.

• 协助解答顾客疑问，收集反馈，并迅速专业地解决任何与用餐相关的问题
• 始终保持整个用餐区域的清洁、整齐和温馨氛围

团队支持与多职能：
• 执行餐后基本的清理和清洁工作
• 参与食材准备活动，包括我们核心的手工水饺制作（提供全面培训）
• 必要时为其他团队成员提供支持和顶班，确保店铺运营顺畅

• No prior experience needed! A positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
• Friendly, energetic, and enjoys interacting with people.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and maintains a neat personal appearance.
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be willing to participate in basic kitchen/food preparation tasks.
