Synergy Dining Group Sdn Bhd is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew / Commis to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

* Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Present menus and assist customers with food and beverage recommendations.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
* Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
* Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
* Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
* Support the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

* Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or service crew roles is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work efficiently during busy service periods.
* Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and food safety.
* Able to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese shareholders and customers.
* Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

* 具备基本餐饮服务及食品安全知识。
* 能以中文与中国籍股东及顾客沟通。
* 能够接受轮班、晚班、周末及公共假期工作。
* 工作态度积极、有责任心，并愿意学习。
