Service Crew - Paradigm Mall PJ

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare drinks or simple menu items as needed.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system correctly.
• Pack and present baked goods neatly and carefully.
• Restock displays and ensure products look appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and workspace.
• Assist teammates during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold Homebaker@clover’s standards of quality, care, and hospitality.

Requirements:
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in F&B or café service is a plus, but not required.
