Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to customers warmly.
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist with upselling cakes, pastries, and promotions.
Answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with team members and kitchen/bar staff.
Handle complaints positively and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and follow hygiene standards.
Issue bills and process payments.
Job Requirements
Have Food Handling Certificate & Typhoid Vaccination
Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
Team player and responsible
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Punctual and maintains good hygiene
