Service Crew

As a service crew member, you will manage daily front-of-house and operational tasks in the restaurant to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Your core roles and responsibilities are:

Customer Service & Communication: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, present menus, answer questions about food and drink items, make recommendations, and handle complaints diplomatically.

Order Taking & POS Operations: Record customer orders accurately using handheld devices, paper pads, or a point-of-sale (POS) system, and relay instructions clearly to the kitchen or bar

Food & Beverage Service: Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensure proper presentation, check on guest satisfaction during meals, and handle refills

Table Management & Housekeeping: Clear dirty plates, cups, and cutlery (pre-bussing), wipe down and sanitize tables, reset dining stations, sweep or mop floors, and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and service areas
