Service Crew Publika - Outlet Supervisor

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for assisting in executing store operations during scheduled shifts suchas manpower scheduling, and stocks, and making sure the team members achieve the set sales budget, target, and sales analysis.
-Ensuring products are well stocked, assisting in stock checking, replenishing, andreceiving goods.
-Help create energy and excitement among the team.
-Able to lead and give clear instructions.
-Effectively deploying and leading the shift team to deliver great customer service. Ability to act with a "customer comes first" attitude and deliver customer service thatmeets or exceeds expectations.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
-Minimum one year of retail or six months of specialty coffee experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
-Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office).
-Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
-Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
-Must have effective problem-solving/decision-making abilities.
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
