Requirements
-Excellent Customer Service
-Good command of spoken English
-Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
-No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B

Job Summary
-The Service Crew / Senior Service Crew is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties.

Roles & Responsibilities
-Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
-To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
-Upsell promotional items.
-Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
-Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
-Execute any other duties as assigned.
