Service Crew - Traders Square

Requirements
-Educational level: SPM, O-level, Diploma is preferred,
-Entry-level friendly, no experience required (training provided); experience in F&B or retail is a bonus, not a must
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
-Passion for bubble tea and teamwork

Responsibilities
As a Bubble Tea Service crew, you will be responsible for:
-Customer Service: Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, assist with orders, offer recommendations, and resolve any issues to ensure a delightful experience.
-Drink Preparation: Prepare bubble teas and other beverages with precision, following standardized recipes to maintain consistent quality and taste.
-Cash Handling & Sales: Operate the cash register, process payments (cash and electronic), maintain accurate sales records, and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
-Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Perform end-of-day cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards.
-Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure ingredients and supplies are adequately stocked to prevent shortages.
-Sales & Promotion: Promote new menu items, seasonal specials, and combo deals to boost customer interest and sales.
-Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, especially during peak hours.
-Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and store policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment for customers and staff.
